Along with traditional and unique personalized services, Cesarz, Charapata &
Zinnecker Funeral Home offers assistance with preplanning. When there's a death in the family, many decisions need to be made. Families who have taken the time to
plan ahead and prepare are able to alleviate some of the emotional and financial burden. Preplanning also helps the family to transition through the grief process
more easily.
Joanne Abbs is our on-staff family service counselor. As a preplanning counselor, she is equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to create a personal
tribute. She meets with families every day to help plan a meaningful experience that honors their wishes.
When it comes time to plan funeral services, there are many things the public may not be aware of. Joanne is available to provide information about:
- Title 19 Exclusions
- Veteran, Military and Social Security Benefits
- Guaranteed Funeral Costs
- Transference of Funeral Plans
- Cremation Facts
- Funeral Costs
- Cemetery Information
- Support Group and Grief Information
If a family would like to do so, our preplanning counselor can help them choose everything from cemetery plot to the colors used for the funeral service. Joanne
will help throughout the process, addressing all concerns and recording information for months or years. If the family desires, everything from music, casket
selection, and service types can be pre-selected. Pre-paying for the funeral and associated costs is another means of ensuring a smoother transition.
Witnessing how preplanning benefits families has led us to develop a
Discussion and Planning Guide.
This valuable resource has helped countless families in Waukesha County by serving as a record of personal biographical information and preferences. Please call Joanne if youd like a personal tour or to set up a
free preplanning consultation. She will be happy to personally deliver a free guide to you and other members of your family.
